Westwood’s New Big Time Brewpub Promises Something For Everyone

Broxton opens on October 7, so check out the menu now

It’s time for Broxton’s big reveal in Westwood. The newest ABC brewpub is set to open to the public on Sunday, October 7.

Broxton is likely the biggest new opening to hit Westwood in some time, and comes in the thick of the fall calendar for UCLA students nearby. The somewhat sleepy area has a few longstanding hits (Diddy Riese, for example), but mostly plays to the fast casual and even chain crowds. Broxton is a big, sunny one-off from the ABC team, and comes with some pretty stunning architecture.

The food is meant to please all palates, with a menu that operates as a sort of updated “meat and three” plate idea. There’s room for baby back ribs, grilled steak, or meatless options like tofu, plus sides, biscuits, and of course craft beer. Broxton will actually function as an on-site brewing facility, with over a dozen tap handles pouring stuff that’s made in house, as well as whatever else the greater Artisanal Brewers Collective team has made from their other facilities around the city. The opening menu is below
Ribs
Cauliflower steak
Forbidden old fashioned

Broxton. 1099 Westwood Blvd., Los Angeles, CA.
