I would like to commend your team for making this project stress-free. Your team did an excellent job on completing the project on schedule. The project Manager always kept the communication open for me to know what’s going and where we are at. I am very delighted with the result of the project.
With this regard, I would like to thank the whole team of CalAsia Construction who worked very hard to make this project a success.
Thank you and more power!

Seoul Sausage Co. on CalAsia Construction:
Dear whom it may concern,
Our relationship with CalAsia started with a simple word-of-mouth recommendation from our neighbors at Sawtelle for our store #1.
We were at first very impressed with CalAsia’s experience. One look at their list of projects they’ve worked on and it will surprise you with who they’ve worked with.
During the bidding process we got to witness their attention to detail that they’ve amassed with their extensive experience building out all kinds of restaurants both big and small. This was crucial for first time restaurateurs like us.
Once construction began, their quality of work began to shine. From the way John handled big matters into calm, reassuring resolutions, to his awesome team who gave you realistic expectations and met deliverables(keeping project on track), to the actual execution of the build out itself, we were very impressed to say the least.
Currently we are building out store #2 with CalAsia and I don’t see us going anywhere else for any subsequent projects. We will endorse John & CalAsia team any day. They are true partners and will come to bat for you.

Dear John Murawski,
My brother and I were starting a new career and wanted to bring my mom's homestyle cooking to the community of West LA. We didnt know much about the hospitality industry and were lucky to have met John and the CalAsia team. We wanted a modern place that was welcoming and John and CalAsia worked with us and our budget to bring our dream to life. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the team and they always listened to our feedbacks and suggestions and far surpassed our expectations. I look forward to working with them again in our next project and would happily recommend them to anyone we know.
Thanks for all your hard work,
All the best,

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The purpose of this letter is to provide a recommendation for the services of CalAsia Construction. CalAsia Construction assisted Big Sugar Bakeshop in the design and construction of our second store which is located at 617 South Flower Street, Los Angeles, California 90017. CalAsia’s entire team was professional and made the entire project an easy process. The construction began in April 2014 and was completed by the end of August 2014.
Prior to my engagement with CalAsia, John Murawski met with me at two different properties and provided me with invaluable insight and approximate costs associated with each potential build-out. Because the location I selected was small and had space constraints, CalAsia coordinated the design and kitchen plans utilizing their internal and external resources. They frequently met with me to discuss options and pricing on virtually everything. CalAsia’s subcontractors were professional and did an excellent job on virtually everything I needed.
During the construction phase, CalAsia Construction assigned point person for me who kept me informed on a daily basis. The owners of the building, Equity Residential were pleased with the communication between CalAsia and their on-site managers.
The entire project came within the budget CalAsia provided and I am quite pleased with the outcome. I will definitely engage CalAsia Construction on any future projects. Please feel free to contact me directly if you have further questions.
Thank you.

Dear John Murawski,
I wanted to write to thank CalAsia for doing such a stellar job on the execution of the Venice Wurstkuche. Your team was incredibly efficient, stayed on point, and CRANKED until the very end. I always felt that CalAsia was aggressively vying for my best interest in negotiating cost, quality, and timeliness. You’ve got a talented team of energetic and flexible contractors and craftsmen that get the job done like they say & when they say. I know that CalAsia saved us time and money while giving us a great final product. I am looking forward to building the next one with your team.
Thanks for all your hard work,

Dear John and Todd,
On behalf of the homeowners at The Malibu and as Board member in charge of the project, I'd like to express my deep appreciate for a job extremely well done. While I realize that this was a relatively modest size job for you, there was certainly nothing simple or straightforward about it. You gave us an extremely fair price for the scope of work, didn't look for ways to hit us with change orders as it "evolved" and, very importantly, didn't cut corners. I believe we received a tremendous value for our expenditure. This was also a bit of a logistical nightmare with 24 different owners arriving and departing, and sometimes being difficult, at different times. There were also existing service providers whose efforts needed to be coordinated with your own crews. None of this could have been accomplished without Todd's (calm) presence on site. This required unwavering, close supervision and coordination combined with uncommon patience-the iron fist in the velvet glove. Everyone I've spoken to is thrilled with the final product and proud to show it off which is all the more impressive given the tight budget we were working with. I was quite pleased to have the chance to work with you again, John, and commend you for assembling a tremendous team-Curtis, Todd, Chris and, of course, Myrna. I hope we'll find another project to collaborate on but, in the meantime, would be more than happy to recommend you to others seeking a highly qualified, honest contractor who delivers a lot of "bang for the buck".
Sincerely yours,
Stephan D. Smith
