I am writing to you as a very happy and satisfied ciient of CALASIA. We hired John Murawski of CALASIA to build our restaurant in 2006. A personal friend referred us to John's company. From the beginning, CALASIA was very professional and straightforward. Throughout the process, CALASIA employees were efficient and experienced, yet still adept at explaining every step in easy-to-grasp terms. Everything CALASIA set out to do in their proposal to build Xa Vietnamese Kitchen, they did. With John's experience and expertise, he advised and guided us to find ways to get the most for our money. They finished the job on time and within our budget with great results. John-This is long overdue but, thank you for a terrific job on building our restaurant. We're so happy that we have had the opportunity to work together. You have an outstanding company, even right down to your office staff. You and your team ... awesome! Just in case you didn't know, you are building our next restaurant.

These few words are simply to express our sincere appreciation for the good work you did for us in building Kinara's new hair studio. Thank you very much for getting us up and running with our re-design of the cafe and adding our new hair salon within our tight two week schedule. Thank you very much also for your flexibility in accommodating our operation and working around our schedule while we kept our business open. You and your team are true professionals and we enjoyed working with you.

To Whom It may concern:
Working with CalAsia Construction was a great experience. Trustworthy, efficient and dependable, they took care of us every step of the way. This being our first project we had a lot of questions and concern but they made us feel comfortable and we couldn't be happier with the results. Even though our project was small (only 700 square feet) they were completely dedicated to helping us realize our dream. The space turned out exactly how we envisioned it, and we will be going to them first on all future projects. A big thanks to John. our project manager Ernie and the rest of the CalAsia team. their knowledge and attention to detail makes them a superior choice.

Re: Cal Asia Construction
To Whom It May Concern:
I have been using John Murawski and Cal Asia Construction for approximately four years for various small projects. The largest and most significant assignment involved the reconstruction of a retail storefront building on North La Brea Avenue. This job was completed on time and on budget. Subsequently, John has completed several remodel and repair projects in both retail and residential condominium structures. The work is always handled in a professional and dependable manner.
I expect to continue to use Cal Asia in the future because I have found them to be:
• Honest and trustworthy
• Competitively priced
• Professional workmanship

I would like to take a moment to thank you for your fine work on our remodel here at Birns & Sawyer. As you know, we scheduled the work over several years in phases with this final phase being the most difficult. Your staff was efficient, pleasant and caught several material quality deficiencies that I might have missed. When there were conditions that required careful consultation with our architect, your team solved all of the problems fairly and safely. Thanks for a job well done. I remain.
