Good afternoon, Art, John and Vernon,
I am writing to say a big 'thank you' to each of you for bringing to life the state-of-the-art kitchen at Kappa Alpha Theta sorority at USC. The kitchen officially opened on Monday, August 20, 2012. That evening, 150 young women sat down together to enjoy the first meal from the new kitchen. It included grilled salmon, chicken, a gourmet saladand sweets. There were raves all around. What a great facility you designed, Art! Chef Gary Bradford is in hog heaven. While he may have to deal with envy among his fellow chefs on 'The Row,' that is a happy problem. Thank you, John, for bringing CalAsia's formidable talent and experience to this work. You got it alldone in such a short time! During this long summer, I came to respect and value Dave for many things: His expertise, his tirelessness and his good spirits. He is such a good man. How fortunate you are to have him.Denis was also great to work with. He is a focused, efficient, calm professional. I turned to him when the going got rough. He deals well in adversity, a virtue I laud. And to you, Vernon, my thanks for funding this project. Special personal thanks for assuring me that there would be a 'safety net' if we needed it. My days were easier knowing your bank would step in if we had a major hiccup. But that did not happen.I am very proud to be associated with all of you and your companies. I look forward to every opportunity to praise and recommend you to others.
All the best,
President, Omicron Theta, Inc.

"We had a great experience with CalAsia as our contractor for Trattoria Neapolis. Our’s was a very complicated total remodel with a high level of design and the kind of surprises one finds in an older building. CalAsia gave us a great deal of support all the way through from the initial budgeting through the qualifying, pricing, and hiring of subs, through the construction process and in the final punch list. They did a good job of troubleshooting when issues arose. CalAsia helped us find savings where it made sense to do so while maintaining the quality we wanted. They performed very well on the schedule. Their people were very professional. I would strongly recommend them to someone else looking to build or remodel a restaurant."

I wanted to take this opportunity to drop you a note of appreciation for the job your team did on Toscanova at The Commons in Calabasas. Firstly I was impressed with the detailed proposal you presented and then your willingness and ability to deal with the value engineering needed to meet my budget. We are very happy with the quality of the final product and were impressed that we got the project completed together in the scheduled time we had set. There were many issues with the existing restaurant which had been abused for ten years prior to us going in. There were many opportunities for added costs due to these existing conditions but your staff was fair and worked with our team to keep costs to a minimum. I would be glad to discuss your firm with anyone you care to send my way and I look forward to the next opportunity to work with you and your team. Steve and Brian were both great!
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for a job-well-done at 8730 Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. The patience and professionalism exhibited by both you and On-site Supervisor Grant Grigoryan under often difficult and trying circumstances was commendable. Furthermore, the level of expertise and craftsmanship put forth by your band of subcontractors is beyond compare. As witnessed and expressed by all who have passed through the doors, the restaurant is beautiful. I look forward to working with CalAsia again in the future and have already recommended your services to others.
