BBCM will shine down on students early this summer
In the expansion the team has decided to go ahead and shorten the whole thing just to BBCM, but keep the same ethos of the place. They’re taking over a brick-walled corner space at the larger USC Village property just north of the main campus, tackling some 4,000 square feet of indoor space with a proposed 1,000 more dedicated to a sunny outdoor patio.
Much like the West Hollywood original in the former Cravings space, corporate chef Craig Hopson is onboard with a casual all day menu, though this version has been expanded and tweaked for the new university clientele. You can find the full proposed opening menu below.
The early word puts BBCM about three months out from opening, but as you can see from the above image it’s still a hard hat area so time will tell. In the meantime, the original is still going strong up on Sunset Boulevard for those looking to catch a glimpse of what’s to come.
