Gawk at Officine Brera’s Meaty Menu in the Arts District

The delayed industrial space has finally come to life.

Officine Brera opens for dinner tonight in the Arts District, though beware: it’s already booked up tight and, despite earlier reports directly from the restaurant, they’re not accepting walk-ins. At least you can see the menu here, which is full of wood-grilled options and a handful of raw bar bites.

The strongest item on the medium-sized menu may well be the carne bovina, a dry aged short rib and ribeye combo that clocks in over $50. Other offerings include a braised beef shoulder, potato gnocchi, grilled octopus, and a cured pork back fat starter.

The opening tonight is certainly a sigh of relief for Matteo Ferdinandi (The Factory Kitchen) and team, as the place has encountered near-endless delays since first popping up on everyone’s radar back in June. A September (and then New Years) deadline came and went, with the only announcement of their official opening happening late last month.

Office Brera is open from 5:30 p.m. to midnight daily, with Sunday hours from 4 p.m. on.
